Our fantastic “Bulky Alpaca Bouclé” consists of 30% superfine alpaca and 70% highland wool and has a yardage of 80 metres/100g.
The term “Bouclé” means bow or loop in French, and is the name of a type of yarn that is spun in a special way so that the yarn forms small loops. When you knit with “Bulky Alpaca bouclé” you get a fantastically beautiful product with the finest woolly “teddy-like” texture.
“Bulky Alpaca Bouclé” can be used for woolen, chunky sweaters, mittens, hats, scarves and more. Also great for effect details such as stripes and edges.
We recommend knitting needles 8 – 12 mm.
