The following payment options are available: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Paypal.
At Handdyed.dk, we use Nets Easy as our payment system. All card information is securely and encryptedly transmitted to NETS, and it is not possible to withdraw more money than the customer has approved.
We do not charge card fees. The amount is only deducted from your card when the item is shipped. On our english page, prices are listed in Euro (€), and shipping costs will be added on top. You can choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.

We use GLS or Postnord for shipping, which you can select when placing your order. Typically, delivery in Denmark takes 1-5 business days, orders abroad must be calculated for a delivery time of 3-14 days but may take longer depending on location. A customs fee is added at Postnord if the delivery country is outside the EU.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. See below for the requirements regarding the condition of the item.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of multiple lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You should send an email to info@handdyed.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Condition of the Item
0-14 days right of withdrawal (mandatory):
A full right of return applies if the item is unused and the banderole is unbroken.
Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transportation.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, or until you have provided documentation of having returned it.

We only accept packages sent directly to this address. We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery.
You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

Right of Withdrawal in Business Transactions
14 days right of withdrawal: If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that goes beyond what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and the way it works, you may only receive a partial refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only receive a refund for the shipping costs.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules for the purchase of goods apply.
This means that you have a 24-month warranty.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must notify us of the defect within a “reasonable time” after you discover it. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
As a business owner, you have a six-month warranty.

Privacy Policy
We require the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered by Handdyed and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
The data controller at www.handdyed.dk is Handdyed. You have the right to be informed about the information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it.
This may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
