Edith Cardigan is as light as a cloud. A beautiful classic raglan cardigan with long narrow sleeves and a V-neckline. It is knitted in Handdyed Suri Alpaca/Silk Light, and the front edges are knitted continuously with the front panels.
The cardigan is knitted top-down. First, the neckline edge is knitted, where stitches are picked up for the yoke. Then the raglan increases begin, along with increases for the V-neck, while the front edges are knitted along with the front panels.
Once the yoke is completed, the work is divided into the body and sleeves, which are then knitted separately. Both the body and sleeves are finished with a ribbed edge.
The entire piece is knitted in stockinette stitch. The front edges are knitted in rib.
